How long does delivery take?

Clean and dry the surface, press firmly for 30 seconds, or use the screws supplied for extra security.
The bulb isn’t charging—solutions?
Use a 5 V/2 A USB-C charger, check the cable orientation, then contact us with a quick photo or video if the issue persists— we’ll replace it free of charge.

How can I extend battery life?
Charge fully before first use, avoid deep discharges, and store above 10 °C.
Can I use wall sconces outdoors?
They are designed for interiors; if placed outside, ensure they’re shielded from direct rain and extreme temperatures.
