Refund & Return Policy
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals and protective films.
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email contact@luminoya.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll reply within 24 h with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and the nearest warehouse address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA. We recommend a tracked service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we’ll email you approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method within 3 – 7 business days (card issuer processing times may vary).
6. Exchanges
Want a different model or colour? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault within 2 years, email us clear photos or a short video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
No refund after 7 business days? Check your bank or PayPal account first, then contact us. We’ll resolve it promptly.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and all items purchased with any form of discount, including but not limited to sale pricing, limited-time offers, automatic discounts, bundles, quantity discounts, promotional codes, or marked as “Sale”, “Special Offer”, or “Final Sale”, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are proven defective on delivery.
