Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals and protective films.
  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@luminoya.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll reply within 24 h with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and the nearest warehouse address.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA. We recommend a tracked service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we’ll email you approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method within 3 – 7 business days (card issuer processing times may vary).

6. Exchanges

Want a different model or colour? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault within 2 years, email us clear photos or a short video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

No refund after 7 business days? Check your bank or PayPal account first, then contact us. We’ll resolve it promptly.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked “Sale” cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
